Quince Marmalade and other Specialties
at our agricultural Estate

Products including preserves and jams made with quinces are the speciality of Villa Tiepolo Passi. In fact, Davide Paolini, in his famous culinary guide “Il Gastronauta 2011” notes that the owners of the Villa Tiepolo Passi are “true experts in the production of cotognata”,
quince marmalade.

The quinces used in the various products come from the brolo of the agricultural estate where they are grown using completely natural methods. Cotognata, preserves, candied fruits, piquant, sweets and Mostarda Veneta are prepared using an ancient Venetian process
which dates from the 1300s and the Villa Tiepolo Passi’s special recipe.

Pectin, preservatives, artificial colours and flavours are not used.
At the Villa Tiepolo Passi, we also use a variety of other organic fruits
from the brolo
to produce jams, preserves, mustards, and candied fruits.
