Available on an exclusive basis, for one event per day: the farmhouse, 480 square meters over two levels, with a total capacity of 280 guests, and over 6,000 square meters of outdoor grounds including courtyard, lawn, poplar grove, and vineyard.

Il Portico – The Porch
An intimate and light-filled space, where the scent of the countryside meets the elegance of ancient stone. Covered yet open to nature, it offers a warm welcome in every season: perfect for coffee breaks in the open air, refined aperitifs, and seated lunches or dinners.

La Stalla – The Barn
A space of genuine charm, set among ancient columns, stone feeding troughs, and hanging yokes—traces of a vibrant rural past. Today, it welcomes guests with the same warmth as ever: ideal for small gatherings, inspiring workshops, long aperitifs, and lively after-dinner parties, as well as intimate lunches and dinners.

Il Fienile – The Hayloft
Bright and airy, it is the heart of the Tesa. It preserves the warmth of wood and the gentle light streaming through large windows overlooking the countryside. Perfect for conferences, as well as seated lunches and dinners, every detail here exudes authenticity and simple beauty, in an atmosphere that blends heritage and elegance.
