This extension to the visit itinerary is ideal for those seeking a full immersion in the world of Villa Civilization.
The visit to the monumental complex (itinerary 2) is enriched with a walk through the rural Rustic Park—the agricultural estate of Villa Tiepolo Passi—skirting ancient hedges, meadows, vineyards, groves with centuries-old trees, floodplain areas and streams: the “well-ordered countryside” representing the original garden of Venetian villas.
The focal point of the route is the arboreal architecture of the Roccolo, the ancient birdcatcher’s reserve, now home to a small museum dedicated to net hunting.
